Founded in December 2025, OTHA Network is an independent international expert community. Our mission: ensure high academic standards, expand global peer networks, popularize mathematical sciences, and mentor young researchers.
The Network is fully independent, manages no assets, and assumes no financial or legal obligations to its members.
The OTHA events (conferences, workshops, editorials) began their history from 2011.


We cover "analysis" in the broadest sense: harmonic analysis & operator theory, ODEs, PDEs, fractional calculus, function theory (real, complex, abstract), functional analysis & approximation, mathematical physics, probability, statistics, mathematical biology, machine learning & neural networks.


OTHA Network provides scientific oversight for: annual OTHA conference, workshops, special sections at other conferences, seminar, and journal collections (publishing activities).


Individual membership is free. Requirements: participate in at least two OTHA events, maintain ongoing activity. All members have voting rights. Honorary membership is by invitation only.

This Statute (presented Dec 31, 2025, Rostov-on-Don) is accepted as axiomatic. Any changes will be discussed and voted on by members. The Statute is here.
